Description: Black Rubber Coat is a single component ready to use chemically modified styrene based cold applied liquid membrane. The product is dark bluish in color which turns into a black membrane on drying. It has good resistance to plant roots.
Areas of Application : Black Rubber Coat is typically used in basement, podium and terraces. It can also be used under tiles in wet rooms, such as bath rooms. The dry membrane is for interior use and should not be exposed to permanent daylight. It will function as a barrier to protect moisture sensitive surfaces (walls and floors). Suitable Substrate Suitable substrates are all cementitous screeds and plasters. The surfaces should be solid and free of oil, grease or dust. A primer may be advised prior to applying the first coat .
Advantages: It will result in a continuous flexible sealer for moisture.
