Used for Mold making applications like Fiber Casting, Pattern Making, Shoe Molding, Gypsum Board manufacturing, Cement & POP Molding, Candles Making , Statue/Idol Making, Soap making Two-part silicon rubber: flowable liquid silicon and curing agent Good tensile and tear strength, low shrinkage Slow curing. Cures at room temperature within 2-4 hours An exceptional fluidity and good operability, easy to demold MIX RATIO: 5% of catalyst. More working time than fast curing. Bubbles free BY WEIGHT - Easy to use silicone rubber compound features a convenient mixing ratio by weight. Use weighing machine for proper measurement and to avoid mistakes. SHORE A HARDNESS: 15ᵒA - This scale measures the hardness of flexible rubber molds. A 10ᵒA hardness is in the very soft range in molding grade. POT LIFE AND CURE TIME: Pot life is 15 min and Curing time will 4 hrs. For maximum results, store the products at room temperature!
